It is used as a replacement therapy for individuals with primary immunodeficiency disorders (PIDs), where the body's immune system cannot produce sufficient antibodies to fight off infections. The medication is also used to modulate or regulate the immune system in certain autoimmune and inflammatory conditions. It can help reduce excessive inflammation and suppress abnormal immune responses.

This helps stop bleeding and promote the formation of blood clots.
