Rexigo 120mg Tablet contains Relugolix, a medicine used to treat adult men with advanced hormone-sensitive prostate cancer. It belongs to a group of medications called gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) receptor antagonists, which work by reducing the levels of testosterone, a hormone that fuels the growth of prostate cancer cells.

Reducing testosterone levels helps to shrink tumors and slow the progression of prostate cancer. This also relieves difficulty in passing urine and makes it easier for the patient to urinate.
